Biography

Born in 1867 in Russellville, Kentucky. Active in New York City as a painter and ceramist and later operated the School of Design. Studied with Chase, Dow and Snell in New York City and with Frank Brangwyn in London. Also took classes at the New York Art Students League and at the Pratt Institute.
