Biography

Possibly born in New York City. Sculptor, draftswoman, art collector, poet and photographer. Created garden sculpture, portrait busts and heads in a variety of media. Studied with Abastenia St. L. Eberle, Daniel C. French, Brenda Putnam, and Harriet W. Frishuth. Major donor to Harvard University and daughter of New York lawyer and art collector Grenville Lindall Winthrop.
