Biography

Born in 1873 in Chicago, Illinois. Worked in that city as a painter, craftsworker and art teacher. Attended the Art Institute of Chicago and studied with Hawthorne in Provincetown, Massachusetts. Other mentors included Lorser Feitelson, Walter Ufer, Louis Neebe, Charles Browne. Painter, craftsworker and art teacher who worked and exhibited in Chicago.
