Biography
Painter born in 1892 in Riverside, Connecticut. Both parents were active in the arts. Her mother Mina Fonda Ochtman was a painter and Dorothy studied with her father Leonard Ochtman at the National Academy of Design. Exhibited widely and frequently won awards for her work.
