Biography

Artist who created the "Fruit of the Loom" logo. Born in 1851 in Orford, New Hampshire. Worked as a landscape and still life painter and art teacher in Boston and Piermont, New Hampshire. Studied with John J. Enneking in Boston and at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts School.
