Biography

Portrait painter born in Columbia, Pennsylvania in 1870. Worked as an artist in West Chester and Philadelphia from 1890-1906. Briefly married to the art critic, collector and lecturer Christian Brinton. In her will, Peart left her paintings to Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
