Biography

Painter born in 1871 in Glasgow, Missouri. Subjects included landscapes, portraits, and figures. Studied at the Art Institute of Chicago with L. Ochtman and in Paris at the Academy Delecluse. Also studied in Italy, Belgium and Spain. Married the painter John Franklin Stacey in 1891.
