Biography

Canadian sculptor who created the war memorial in Winnipeg, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan and in Kildonan Park. Began her career in Winnipeg in 1904. Studied with Antoine Bourdelle in Paris and at the Winnipeg School of Art. Pursued additional studies at the Polytechnic School of Art in London with H. Brownward; also South Kensington School and St. Martin's School of Art with M.K. Crossan.
