Biography
Painter born in 1895 in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Subjects included flowers, landscapes, still lifes and mural decorations. Studied at the Philadelphia School of Design for Women with Seyffert and H. Snell. Also studied with Eliot O'Hara, Lazar Raditz, Paula Balano, and Violet Oakley at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. Married the interior designer Lloyd Van Sciver.
