Biography

Eunice Wharton Fine was born on September 28, 1923 to Clarence Wharton and Iona Needs Wharton in Berthoud, Colorado. She attended rural public schools where her father served as the principal/teacher. She graduated from Greeley High School and David Lipscomb College in Nashville, Tennessee. She married Donald Fine in 1944 in Greeley. Eunice W. Fine served as a State Representative in the Colorado General Assembly from 1979 to 1984. She represented Weld County District 50 and was a Republican. She participated in PTA, Weld County Republican Women, Greeley Public Library Board, Meals on Wheels, and Girl Scouts.
