In the early 1980s, the University Of Northern Colorado Board Of Trustees dictated that all employees of the University must undergo an annual evaluation. Faculty senate worked with various constitutes to develop a formal annual evaluation process for the faculty. The collection includes materials documenting the development of standards and procedures for faculty evaluation. The collection also contains information about pre-1982 procedures for reappointment, tenure, promotion and emeritus status.
