1969 vs. Boise State (Boise State University)

This collection consists of seven original 16mm films of 1969-1971 Colorado State College/ University of Northern Colorado football games as well as copies that were transferred onto miniDvs and DVDs. Some of the films are of complete games and some of partial games. While Charles F. Putnik was a student at the school and a member of the football team, the name changed from Colorado State College (Senate Bill 14 approved February 11, 1957) to the University of Northern Colorado (Senate Bill 13 approved April 14, 1970; effective May 1, 1970.). Therefore, the games played in 1969 were for Colorado State College, while those for 1970-1971 were for the University of Northern Colorado.
