Scope and Contents
Belford Hall along with Gordon and Decker Halls were the first dormitories built on the campus. These Dutch Colonial Revival dormitories were originally built in 1921 to house women. Belford Hall is named for Mrs. Frances Belford who served on the University Board of Trustees from 1899 to 1905 and was involved in educationl work in Colorado.
