Student Union, 1939-1964
Scope and Contents
The original Student Uion was located in what is now Gray Hall.ÃÂ The Student Union contained a student cafe known as Bru-Inn, a ballroom, the college bookstore and four lounges.ÃÂ The Panel Lounge was located in the east wing and used for club meetings and teas.ÃÂ The Leather Lounge was west of the Panel Lounge.ÃÂ The Balcony Lounge overlooked the ballroom.ÃÂ The Lobby Lounge was beneath the Balcony Lounge and used for club meetings.
