This collection consists of materials transferred to archives by library administrators such as deans, associate and assistant deans, and department heads. It contains correspondence, reports, program reviews, photographs, meeting minutes, policies, marketing materials, task force and committee files, agreements, inventories, blueprints, and newsletters documenting a wide range of Library activities. Topics include position searches, budget, strategic planning, library departments, records retention, Librarian faculty status, and space planning. Some materials within this collection do not document the Libraries but rather the activities of the university in general or other university units.
