This collection consists of miscellaneous items regarding Colorado State Teachers College (now the University of Northern Colorado) obtained through an estate sale in Leadville, Colorado in 1989. Included in this collection are athletic ticket books, church programs, clippings, forms, publications, name tags, publications, receipts and other items.

Biographical / Historical
Mildred Josephine Sundquist attended Colorado State Teachers College during 1928-1930. During the 1929-1930 school year she lived at 1841 11th Avenue and was classified as a sophomore. She graduated from the College on June 7, 1930 with a 2-year Limited Certificate in Upper Grade.

Immediate Source of Acquisition
Gift of Gerald Shadwick in 1988. Gerald Shadwick and his wife found this collection in an estate sale in Leadville, Colorado. Gerald L. Shadwick joined the faculty of the Kenneth W. Monfort College of Business at the University of Northern Colorado in 1995. He served as Associate Dean in the College of Business from 2001-2005. Source: Faculty Clippings (RG6 S7 F1).
