Subseries Scope and Contents
This subseries contains additional information about the commencement ceremony and graduation.
Commencement Items typically comprise lists of graduates, newspaper articles, commencement program flyers, invitations, procedures and processes for the ceremony, and biographical information about commencement speakers.
Commencement Speeches and Charges include transcribed speeches from the main commencement speaker and others, transcribed invocations and charges, scripts, and plans and procedures for the entire ceremony.
Registrar's Items contain materials created or compiled by the Registrar's Office. This includes memos and intructions to faculty and students regarding graduation and the commencement ceremony, lists of graduates, and forms.
