Biographical or Historical Information
Phil Dwyer worked for twenty six years in the New Jersey prison system, beginning his career as an officer and working his way up to being the superintendent of the women's prison. During his career, Mr. Dwyer toured numerous state prisons throughout the country and documented his visits with slides.
