This collection contains material documenting faculty and staff at the University of Northern Colorado. It does not contain personnel records; rather, it provides general information about staffing and employment. It contains meeting minutes, information, photographs, and scrapbooks on the State Personnel Employees Executive Council (SPEEC - later named the Classified Staff Council). There are also handbooks, policies, and training materials related to UNC employment and personnel.

Acquisition Information
Various library employees transferred materials in 2012, 2013, 2015, and 2016. The Director of Personnel/Payroll transferred a Personnel Roster in 1986. Two folders were transferred from the UNC Office of the Registrar records (RG008-S005) in June 2021 (into box #RG8.S2 F3-4 016). Acquisition information for much of the collection is unknown.
