This collection includes documents from the University of Northern Colorado General Counsel, including contracts, Civil Justice Reform Task Force documents, state auditor reports, codification documents, Board of Trustees policy manuals, news releases, and legal documents. Some of the legal documents include documents, reports, correspondence, and manuscripts and recordings of the Reduction in Force case hearings. Also included in these files are Vocational Teacher Education program criteria, staff lists, reports, and evaluations.This collection also includes files regarding the UNC Research Corporation, faculty investigations, grievances, and court cases, and university financial statements.

Boxes # RG2SGF2 10.40 001-RG2SGF2 10.40 008 were acquired in 2010 from the University of Northern Colorado.

The former identifier number for this collection was RG002-SG. It was changed during the RG collection management project in January 2018 for the purpose of consistent indentifier numbers.
