This collection contains images in 35mm slide format. A handful of images are stereo slides. Images are largely of the UNC campus, and several come from photographs that appeared in the UNC Bulletin and other UNC publications. Images are mostly of buildings and grounds but also include faculty research, exhibits, academics, sports, and people.

Variant Identifier Numbers

The University of Northern Colorado photographic slides have been managed under two previous identifier numbers: RG003-S020-F5 and RG021, Series 1. The identifier number was changed to RG021-S009 for the purpose of consistent (and permanent) identifier numbers.

The identifer number RG021-S009 was also previously assigned to the William Hartman photographs of the University of Northern Colorado. The Harman photographs collection is now managed under RG021-S001 (UNC photographic prints and negatives).
