Sabin Hall, originally a woman's residence hall, was built with PWA and RFC funds during the presidency of [url=http://library.unco.edu/archives/arc_past_presidents_1890-1991.htm#Frasier]George Willard Frasier[/url]. It was named for Dr. Florence Sabin internationally known for her medical research and public service.
