Scope and Contents Scott-Willcoxon Hall houses the Women's Resource Center and the Stryker Institute for Leadership Development. The Women's Resource Center had been located in Room 225A/B in Candelaria Hall prior to the building of Scott-Willcoxon Hall. Scott-Willcoxon Hall was dedicated on Friday, October 22, 1999 in honor of Dr. Nacy Scott who served as Vice President for Student Affairs 1984-1995 and Marcia M.
