Each year at homecoming, a number of alumni awards are made. Archives has a fairly extensive file of newspaper clippings, nominee letters, and other items regarding these awards. They are arranged by year, with the earliest being those for 1947. There are pictures, either glossies or newspaper photos, of a number of the awardees. The names of the awards have changed through the years.

This collection consists of news clippings, flyers, and other materials relating to the University of Northern Colorado Athletic Hall of Fame and the University's Honored Alumni.
