Nesse, Emeritus Professor of Geology, served in a number of positions at the University of Northern Colorado from 1977 until his retirement in 2006, including Assistant Professor of Geology, Associate Professor of Geology, Associate Professor of Earth Sciences and Chair of the Department of Earth Sciences.
