Subseries Scope and Contents
The Historical Legal Documents subseries consists of photocopies of warranty deeds, title abstracts, water rights documents, plat maps, and other records from the Weld County Abstract and Investment Company that are relevant to the ownership and acquisition of land for the State Normal School. A photocopy of the Articles of Incorporation for the Normal School Land Association is included as well.
