The Physical Plant and Financial Reports subseries consists of a variety of reports related to physical plant operations at UNC including the topics of energy management, the heating plant, and space analysis and planning. Also, included are bound financial records that cover a multitude of areas such as enrollment figures, tax levy information, state auditor correspondence, trial balance sheets, and detailed inventories of buildings, grounds, automobiles, and equipment.
