Colorado's Newest University, 1970
Series Scope and Contents
This series contains reel-to-reel films with varying content. Film footage includes the Cranford Hall Fire in 1949, commencement ceremony circa 1949, and images of campus and students in the 1940s. There are also scenes of students doing outdoor activities such as camping and skiing, presumably around Estes Park in the 1940s. Colorado's Newest University was a promotional film for potential students, created the same year that Colorado State College became the University of Northern Colorado.
