Biographical / Historical
Charles D. Rhine was a reference librarian at the James A. Michener Library at the University of Northern Colorado from 1972-2005. He was also the photographer for library newsletter Bibliotech He received a Bachelor of Science degree from FOrt Hays State College and Master if Science and Master of Library Science degrees, both from Kansas State Teachers College. Prior to joing the staff at Michener Library he taught and was a librarian at Arkansas City High School in Kansas.
