This series contains a variety of financial reports including general audits, loans, self-maintaining properties, residence halls, cost studies, Associated Students, and special project reports. Most of the reports contain financial information including but not limited to: financial statements, budgets, account balances, expenses, and accountant's opinions, findings, and recommendations. Some reports offer detailed information about financial issues or problems. Auditors reports include information on the insitution as a whole, in addition to the State-Funded Student Assistance Program and UNC Foundation. Auditor's Findings, Finance and Compliance Audits, and Financial Statements with Auditor's Reports and Comments appear to be the same set of records with various titles. Documents that include "Self-Maintaining Properties" detail finacial information for dining halls, residence halls, miscellaneous properties, the student union, and other revenue-generating entities of the university. Many of the financial statements contain comparisons with prior years.
