Biographical / Historical
Robert O. Schultze was the Executive Director of the Thomas J. Watson Foundation from 1968 to 1972. In 1968 the Foundation started a fellowship program that enables college graduates the opportunity to partiucipate in a postgraduate year of study and travel abroad. As the Excecutive Direction Schultz was involved in many aspects of the Foundation and the fellowship including the selection of fellowship participates, travel and accommodation planing, and fundraising.
