In 1987, the practice of binding bulletins and marketing material was discontinued. The loose copies are filed in folders chronologically. The folders contain selected publications generated by the News and Publications Department, including bulletins, class schedules, directories, marketing and recruitment materials, forms and general information. Additional materials include the University's 1940 Golden Jubilee, items related to the demolition of Cranford Hall in 1971-1972,  and correspondence regarding Gunter Hall of Health, ca. 1942.  A more detailed inventory is available in the physical box.
