The academic banners were official banners used at University of Northern Colorado ceremonies such as Convocation and Commencement. The soft ones were replaced in 2011 by a new design. The elements of these were co-designed by Aluma Lydia Ruyle and Ruth Savig. The donor was unsure where the vinyl ones were used. All of them were being stored at the warehouse in a box prior to being transferred to Archival Services.
